PARKING GATES:

Playland is open and in full swing, and thus the gates through their parking lot are closed. During Playland’s season, the gates into the Sanctuary will be closed during Playland’s hours of operation*.

Until further notice, you can expect these gates to be open when Playland is closed.  (When the gates are open, you do not need your membership card.) Remember, the Sanctuary’s gate is Lane 5 off the main circle. We do not have access through the bus entrance.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:

We have been told that all of our membership cards purchased before June 8 have been activated. If your card does not work at the gate, please be patient and email friendsofreadws@gmail.com  We can fix your card problem remotely. Do not throw away your card.

Cards purchased before June 8 have been mailed.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD or if yours is not working. Please approach an attended parking booth and let the attendant know you are a member of the Sanctuary.  Playland has reminded the attendants to allow all members through until the gate access is resolved.

As always, we remind you that Playland’s staff are seasonal summer employees and are not necessary informed as to Sanctuary specifics.  Be sure you are getting your information from FRWS emails and website only.
