We are aware that many of you have not yet received your membership cards, and for members who have a card, it is not working at the entrance gate.
- For members with non-working cards, Playland will perform a full reboot of the gate system on Wednesday, June 5 in hopes of resolving your card issues.
We have resent Playland all of our card info and asked them to double-check that all cards are properly activated. This process may take several days.
- For members who are waiting on new membership cards, Playland is withholding our cards until they resolve their problems with the gates. We will send your membership card to you as soon as we received them from Playland. We do not have a timeline for this.

WHETHER YOU HAVE A CARD OR NOT:
Until further notice — Please approach an attended parking booth and let the attendant know you are a member of the Sanctuary. Playland has reminded the attendants to allow our members through until the gate access is resolved.
We wish we had more control of this situation but we are beholden to Playland’s timeline and rules. We are doing our best to stay on top of Playland and find a quick resolve to these problems.
