Description: Get some of that beautiful, Spring fresh air this year at the Edith G. Read Natural Park & Wildlife Sanctuary! Supervised and led by Curator Scott Williamson, for six weeks you’ll be escorted through the beautiful trails of the Sanctuary while being introduced to different kinds of bird wildlife. If you’re just looking to get those daily steps in instead and socialize in a group setting, this outing is also perfect for you. Seeing the wildlife is an added bonus! The walk will be roughly 1 mile long.
Participants are asked to bring their own binoculars if wished. The Sanctuary has a few binoculars to borrow, but supplies are limited. Program will run in light rain, but could cancel due to heavy rain. Please dress according to the weather. Sneakers are acceptable footwear.
Come spend your Saturday mornings at the Sanctuary!
