Waterfowl Migrants and Shorebird Sightings  

10:00 am – 11:30 am
or
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
(in case you missed the earlier one)  

This may be the right time to observe both types of birds in action, from the brackish waters of the lake to the salty shoreline adjacent to the Long Island Sound. Please bring binoculars and dress for the weather. Come at 10am or at 1pm.

Submit Artwork for Upcoming Read Art Exhibit

Calling all artists!

If you have a talent for art, we’d love to share your work with our visitors!  Next Saturday, Feb 3, we will be accepting paintings, drawings, sculptures and other forms of art to display in our Visitor Center starting February 10 (through March 23). Art should be of wildlife or natural landscapes. Please have hanging artwork framed and wired for hanging. One art piece per person please per person please!
